This is very easy to prepare & only less ingredients required for this pola.

  1. Vermicelli – 1 cup.
  2. Egg – 5.
  3. Ghee – 2 tbsp.
  4. Chopped Nuts – 1 hand full.
  5. Sugar – 4 tbsp.
  6. Milk powder – 3 tbsp.
  7. Cardamom powder – 1 pinch.
  8. Dates – 8 pcs.

How to Cook!


  1. Take a pan, then add 2 tbsp. 0f ghee along with chopped nuts & roast it and keep aside.
  2. In the same pan add vermicelli and roast until it gets golden colour and keep aside.
  3. Take a bowl and add egg. Sugar, milk powder, cardamom powder & mix it well.
  4. Heat a sauce pan in a low flame & pour 1 tsp. ghee to cover the entire portion.
  5. Pour the egg mixer into the pan & add the roasted vermicelli,(not fully because little required for garnishing) chopped dates & roasted nuts.
  6. Close with a lid in a low flame until it’s cooked.
  7. When it’s almost cooked then decorates the pola with vermicelli & roasted nuts.
