Ingredients


basmathi rice  1cup

vegetables  cut into small pieces   –  2cup(potato ,carrot,beans,cauliflower,capsicum,brinjal etc)

onion – 1medium

garlic -3-4cloves

ginger-1small piece

green chilly – 2-3

egg -2

soya sauce -2tbsp

red chilly flakes -1tbsp

pepper powder

salt

sesame oil or olive oil

spring onion or coriander leaves for garnishing

 


 

 

Method



Step – 1

  1. Cook the basmathi rice with salt and enough water(4cup) till  the rice is 3/4th done.strain it and transfer it into a plate,and let it cool.

Step – 2

  1. Heat oil in a big deep pan. saute chopped ginger and garlic ,once it turns golden,add onion and green chilly , saute few seconds,next add all vegetables except capsicum.add crushed chilly and salt also. cook stirring on high flame for 5 minutes.add pepper powder and capsicum ,mix it well.Next add the rice that’s cooled down and soy sauce. mix well,switch off the flame.check the salt.scramble the egg with little salt and oil in another pan,mix it with rice,serve hot , enjoy.

Step – 3

       1.scramble the egg with little salt and oil in another pan,mix it with rice,garnish with coriander leaves or spring onion. serve hot , enjoy.
