Ingredients


 

  • Egg | 2
  • Mushroom | 4
  • Potato | 1 (small)
  • Capsicum | 1/2
  • Garlic | 3 Cloves
  • Milk | 2 tbsp
  • Butter | 1 tbsp
  • Mozzarella Cheese 
  • Salt | to taste
  • Dried Basil | 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper | 1/2 tsp
 
 

How to Cook!



Step – 1

  1. Cut the Capsicum, Mushrooms and potatoes in to pieces.
  2. Chop the Garlic Cloves.

Step – 2

  1. Heat a Pan at Medium flame and add butter.
  2. To this add chopped garlic and saute.
  3. Add potato and salt and give a good mix.
  4. Close and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.

Step – 3

  1. Break Eggs in a bowl and beat nicely until well combined.
  2. To this, add salt, crushed pepper and basil leaves.
  3. Beat this all together.
  4. Add Milk and give a good mix and keep it aside.

Step – 4

  1. Now add capsicum and mushroom to the potatoes and stir.
  2. Close and cook for 2-3 min until cooked.
  3. Stir in between to avoid sticking to the pan.

Step – 5

  1. Add the veggies to the beated egg and give a good mix.
  2. In a pan, add some butter and pour the egg mix.
  3. Close and cook for 3 minutes.

Step – 6

  1. Grate some Mozeralla cheese on top and cook until the cheese melts.
  2. Cut and serve hot this delicious omelet.
