Frying Pan. Whisk, Bowl, Knife
- Egg | 2
- Mushroom | 4
- Potato | 1 (small)
- Capsicum | 1/2
- Garlic | 3 Cloves
- Milk | 2 tbsp
- Butter | 1 tbsp
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Salt | to taste
- Dried Basil | 1/2 tsp
- Pepper | 1/2 tsp
How to Cook!
Step – 1
- Cut the Capsicum, Mushrooms and potatoes in to pieces.
- Chop the Garlic Cloves.
Step – 2
- Heat a Pan at Medium flame and add butter.
- To this add chopped garlic and saute.
- Add potato and salt and give a good mix.
- Close and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
Step – 3
- Break Eggs in a bowl and beat nicely until well combined.
- To this, add salt, crushed pepper and basil leaves.
- Beat this all together.
- Add Milk and give a good mix and keep it aside.
Step – 4
- Now add capsicum and mushroom to the potatoes and stir.
- Close and cook for 2-3 min until cooked.
- Stir in between to avoid sticking to the pan.
Step – 5
- Add the veggies to the beated egg and give a good mix.
- In a pan, add some butter and pour the egg mix.
- Close and cook for 3 minutes.
Step – 6
- Grate some Mozeralla cheese on top and cook until the cheese melts.
- Cut and serve hot this delicious omelet.
