Ingredients


  • Grated coconut | 1 cup
  • Green chillies | 2
  • Red chillies | 2 
  • Ginger | 1 piece
  • Garlic | 2-4 cloves
  • Salt | to taste
  • Small tomato | 2
  • Water | 1/4 cup
  • Corriander leaves -|1 cup
  • Oil | 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds | 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves |
 
 
 

How to Cook!



Step – 1

  1. Add oil in a pan and soat red chillies for a while. keep it aside.
     
  2. Boil tomatoes in some water and remove the skin. keep it ready

Step – 2

  1. Take a grinder, Grind smoothly coconut, soated red chillies, ginger, garlic , salt , water ,and boiled tomatoes. Keep it aside in a bowl.

Step – 3

  1. Heat oil in a pan, Add mustard seeds and curry leaves into it .
  2. Tamber this over the chutney and give a mix. Spicy and simple red chutney is ready to serve
