  1. Milk powder-1 cup.
  2. Milk-1 liter
  3. Sugar-6 tablespoon
  4. Milkmaid-1/2 cup
  5. Cardamom powder-1/2 teaspoon
  6. Baking powder-1/2 teaspoon
  7. Butter-1 tablespoon
  8. Egg -1
  9. Saffron-to garnish

How to Cook!

  1. Take a bowl and mix milk powder, baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder.
  2. Then add butter and egg into it.And knead it to a soft dough and keep it aside
  3. Take a cooking dish and add milk and sugar into it.
  4. when the milk boils, put the flame on slim and add milkmaid, cardamom, and saffron into it.
  5. Make small balls with the dough and put it into the milk and cook it for 5 minutes.
  6. Refrigerate and serve it cool
