Mousses are famous for its richness of cream. How about trying a different Mousse? Let the richness of cream and crunchiness of roasted nuts together fill our mouth with sweetness and a little craziness of Pineapple too ….So let’s lay out a Pineapple Nutty Mousse …
Non-stick Pan, saucepan
- Pineapple– 1 Cup(diced)
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Fresh Cream – 300 ml
- Condensed Milk – 1 Cup
- Nuts – 1 Cup (Cashew, Almonds, Pistachois, Walnuts –all together)
- Gelatin – 1 tsp soaked in 1 tbsp water
In a pan, saute the pineapples with sugar for about 5 minutes.
Boil the fresh cream in a saucepan , add the condensed milk and gelatin to it stirring continuously and let it cool for some time.
Roast the nuts for a minute in a pan and keep it aside.
After the cream is cooled, add roasted nuts to this and mix well.
In a pudding bowl, pour the cream and allow it to set for some time. Top the sauted pineapples over the cream and keep it in refrigerator for about an hour or more…Serve it cool.
