Oatmeal is one of the best breakfast dishes you can have. This Oatmeal recipe is packed with fruits and dry fruits and is really healthy. Hope you enjoy making it!!!

Ingredients

For Oatmeal

  • Strawberry (sliced) – 3
  • Blackberry (whole) – 8
  • Avocado (cubed) – 1/2
  • Kiwi (cubed) – 1
  • Passion fruit – 2
  • Flux seeds – 2 Tsp
  • Dry fig (whole) – 4
  • Walnut (crushed) – 4 Tbsp
  • Almonds – 4 Tbsp
  • Peanuts – 1 Tbsp
  • Honey – 2 Tbsp
  • Cinnamon Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Steel cut oats (soaked overnight) – 3 Tbsp
  • Milk – ¾ Cup
  • Barley – 1 Tbsp
  • Water – 1 Cup

Preparation

Step – 1

  1. Boil oats and barley in a saucepan. When it starts absorbing pour the milk into it. Wait for 10-15 minutes for it to thicken.
  2. Once it is thick in texture cool it at room temperature.

Step – 2

  1. In a flat serving bowl place all the fruits (except passion fruit) and dry fruits and pour the oats in the side of the plate.
  2. Spread the passion fruit liquid on top. And finish it up with pouring honey and cinnamon powder. Serve it immediately.
