Chickpeas |1/2 cup (soaked 6 hours and cooked)
Onion |1 large diced
Capsicum |1/2 cup (diced)
Spring onion |2 sprigs (chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste |2 tsp
Chilli powder |2 tbsp
Turmeric powder |1 tsp
Garam masala |1/2 tsp
Tomato paste |1 tbsp
Lemon juice |1 tbsp
Oil |3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves and curry leaves (optional)
How to Cook!
Wash the mushrooms , cut each into half or quarter. Mix them with the chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt . Keep aside for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok. Add the mushrooms and saute it for 3 minutes at a high flame (reducing the heat may let water from the mushrooms oozed and will take time to get fried)
When the water content is almost reduced , slow down the flame to medium . Now add the onion , ginger-garlic paste,saute for a minute. Add the chickpeas,capsicum,spring onion, tomato paste ,garam masala and lemon juice. Adjust the salt to taste.Give a toss and stir well in high flame until it is completely fried.
