Mango Pudding is a basic and easy dessert recipe which can be prepared in no time. Eventhough mango is a seasonal fruit,you can prepare this dessert in off-season too. Mango pulp can be stored in zipper bag and freeze over 6 to 8 months. So making this easy dessert more simpler and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Mango pulp | 1 cup
  • Fresh cream | 2 cup
  • China grass | 10 g
  • Sugar | 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk | 1/2 cup
  • Chopped mango | 1/2 cup
  • Water | 1/2 cup

How to Cook!



Step – 1

  1. Take a pan, Soak china grass in water for 15 minutes
  2. Then in low flame, dissolve it by continuous stirring
  3. Turn off the flame, Add sugar and condensed milk. Mix until the sugar dissolves

Step – 2

  1. Mix mango pulp, and fresh cream together
  2. Add it into the above mixture mix until well combined

Step – 3

  1. Spread chopped mangoes in a pudding dish
  2. Pour the mixture above it
  3. Let it set in fridge for 5-6 hours

Garnish it with sliced mangoes and serve chilled
