Kothu Chapathi is a simple dish and needs no time and effort. You can prepare this with any kind of meat. But I opted egg because I was super lazy today.. So let’s see…
- Ghee- ½ tbsp
- Onion – 1 Small
- Chopped Garlic – 2 tsp
- Green Chillies – 2
- Chapathi – 3 nos
- Egg – 1
How to Cook!
- In a Fry Pan, add ghee and sauté the Onion by adding salt about a minute.
- Add chopped garlic and green chillies and sauté.
- Cut the Chapathi in to small pieces and give a mix.
- Close the lid to make the chapathi soft.
Beat an egg in a bowl and add to the the fry pan stirring continuously
