Kothu Chapathi  is a simple dish and needs no time and effort. You can prepare this with any kind of meat. But I opted egg because I was super lazy today.. So let’s see…

Fry Pan



  • Ghee- ½ tbsp
  • Onion – 1 Small
  • Salt
  • Chopped Garlic – 2 tsp
  • Green Chillies – 2
  • Chapathi – 3 nos
  • Egg – 1

How to Cook!


  • In a Fry Pan, add ghee and sauté the Onion by adding salt about a minute.
  • Add chopped garlic and green chillies and sauté.
  • Cut the Chapathi in to small pieces and give a mix.
  • Close the lid to make the chapathi soft.



Beat an egg in a bowl and add to the the fry pan stirring continuously
