Hot and sweet coriander dip, as the name suggests is hot with chillies and sweet with the raisins richly green with coriander. All in all it really goes well as a dip sauce for any starters or the fried snacks.Further more it can be complimented as a weird combo with any rotis..Try it and get kicked with the contrast taste..

Coriander leaves(chopped) | 1 cup
Cashew nuts | 15-16
Raisins | 2 Tbsp
Green chili | 2-3 nos.
Ginger | 1/2 inch
Salt | to taste


Step 1
Soak the cashew nuts in 5-6 Tbsp of hot water for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
Now,grind together coriander leaves, cashews along with water, raisins, ginger green chilies and salt. Grind until it yields a smooth and creamy texture without any lumps. More water can be added depending the choice of your consistency. Well, it suits in a thick consistency.
