Burfi sweets are a very traditional Indian sweet dish.It is actually dense milky goodness .we usually make it with rava ,koya etc.So let’s try something new today.A burfi which taste too good .

Ingredients


  1. Gulab jamun mix | 2 cups
  2. Milk | 1 cup
  3. Sugar | 1 cup
  4. Roasted nuts | 1/4 cup
  5. Ghee | 4 tablespoon
  6. Cardamom | 4

Now You are ready to Proceed … Let’s Start


Step-1

  • Using a grinder powder the sugar and cardamom

Step-2

  • Take a cooking pan and heat ghee into it.(Always on medium flame)

Step-3

  • Then add milk to it.

Step-4

  • Add quarter the gulab jamun mix and keep on stirring.Slowly add the whole mix into it.Keep on stirring

Step-5

  • Stir it for 2 minutes.

Step-6

  • Then add powdered sugar and cardamom into it, stir it for 2 minutes.

Step-7

  • Then add roasted nuts.And Give a good mix.

Step-8

  • Take a tray and spread burfi into it..

Step-9

  • Allow it to cool at room temperature.

Done

  • Give slight cuts using a knife or cutters to your preferred shapes.
