Ingredients


  • Grated coconut | 1 cup
  • Green chillies | 1 
  • Ginger | 1 piece
  • Garlic | 2-4 cloves
  • Salt | to taste
  • Water | 1/4 cup
  • Corriander leaves | 1 cup
  • Oil | 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds | 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
 
 
 

How to Cook!



Step – 1

  1. take a small grinder, add grated coconut, chillies, garlic, salt, water and corriander leaves.
  2. grind it into amooth paste. Keep it aside in a bowl.

Step – 2

  1. Heat oil in  a small pan for tampering, 
     
  2. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves in to.
  3. Pour this over the chutney and give a mix. enjoy
