Fruits and dry fruits pola is a very basic recipe.It contain the goodness of fruits and dryfruits . A healthy and tasty treat to enjoy with a cup of tea.

Ingredients


  • Banana | 2
  • Apple | 1
  • Dates | 4
  • Dried fig | 4
  • Roasted Nuts | 1/4 cup
  • Milk- | /2 cup
  • Egg | 3
  • Milk powder | 3 tablespoon
  • Sugar | 6 tablespoon
  • Cardamom powder | 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil | to fry banana
  • Ghee | 1 tablespoon

How to Cook!


  • Fry chopped bananas and keep it aside
  • Chop apple and other dry fruits.
  • Take a mixer and blend together milk,eggs,milk powder,sugar and cardamom powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Take a non stick pan and add ghee in to it.
  • Pour the whole mixture and close with a lid and cook it for 15 minutes at very low flame.
  • Open the lid and turn the pola upside down cook for another 2 minutes.
