All-purpose flour -1 ½ cup

Baking powder -1 ½ tsp

Baking soda–  ½ tsp

Granulated sugar – ¾ cup

Thick yogurt – ¾ cup

Vegetable oil – ½ cup

Orange juice – ½ cup (freshly  squeezed)

Orange zest – 1 tsp

For glaze:

Icing sugar –  ¾  cup

Orange  juice – 3 tbsp

Preheat the oven to 180 degree c. Grease and flour a loaf pan. Sieve the dry ingredients together(flour, baking powder, baking soda)at least  3 times and keep aside.

In other bowl mix yoghurt and sugar with a hand whisk mixer.To this add orange juice, orange zest, and oil and mix. After they are well combined add the dry ingredients and fold in gently.

Pour the batter into the tin.

Bake it for 35 -40 min.

For sugar glaze

Mix icing sugar with orange juice little by little, don’t pour entire juice in one go. Mix well until you get a shiny thick glaze. Once the cake is completely cooled pour the glaze, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Slice it and serve.
