Dry fruits pancakes can also be called as healthy oatmeal pancakes. And trust me, these are mind-blowing pancakes ever. It is healthier than your normal pancakes and perfect for your breakfast time!!

Ingredients
For Pancakes
- Whole wheat flour | 1/2 Cup
- Cinnamon powder | 1/2 Tsp
- Baking powder | 1 Tsp
- Salt | pinch
- Brown sugar | 1 Tbsp
- Instant oats | 1/3 Cup
- Egg | 1
- Milk | 2/3 Cup
- Yogurt | 2 Tbsp
- Almond extract | 1/4 Tsp
- Chopped almonds | 5 Tbsp
For Dates paste
- Dates | 1/2 Cup
- Hot water | 1/4 Cup
- Coffee powder | 1/2 Tsp
How to Cook!
Step – 1
- In a bowl pour the hot water and add coffee powder to it.
- Soak the dates in this water for 30 minutes.
Step – 2
- In a bowl, mix the oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and brown sugar till incorporated.
- Add the egg, milk, yogurt and vanilla and blend just to combine.
- Fold in the almonds.
Step – 3
- In a mixer put the soaked dates along with little water (which was used for soaking) and blend it on medium speed till you get smooth paste. Add water only if you find it very thick or when big pieces of dates a still left.
- Add the dates paste to the pancake batter and mix it.
Step – 4
- Grease a saucepan or griddle with vegetable oil and spoon mounds of batter, spread apart evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and serve piled on top of each other with some Dry fruit, maple syrup or honey.
