A very easy and tasty recipe which I made just with the things I found in my refrigerator. This dessert is really a creamy cheese treat with an awsome coffee flavoured base. A copy cat of tiramisu, this recipe is gonna make your day.

Ingredients


  • Vanilla icecream – 1 cup
  • Kiri cheese – 5 cubes
  • Dulce de leche – 1/2 cup
  • Biscuit – 12
  • Coffee powder – 2 tablespoon
  • Gelatin – 1 tablespoon
  • Hot milk – 2 tablespoon

How to Cook!



Step – 1

  • Beat vanilla icecream,kiri cheese and dulce de leche in to smooth cream
  • Melt the gelatin with hot milk
  • Add this in to the cream and beat well. Keep it ready.

Step – 2

  • Make concentrated coffee with coffee powder and water
  • Take a pudding tray, Dip one biscuits in the coffee and keep it in the base.

Step – 3

  • Pour the cream on top of the biscuit base.
  • Again dip one biscuit and keep it on the cream
  • Then pour the cream on top of it and Repeat the procedure

Step – 4

  • Refrigerate the dessert overnight and enjoy after it’s set
