Cooking dish, Cutting board, Knife
- Crab | 1 kg(cleaned)
- Onion | 1(big)
- Ginger | 1 Tsp
- Garlic | 1 Tsp
- Curry leaves | 1 Tsp
- Turmeric powder | 1/2 Tsp
- Coriander powder | 1/2 Tsp
- Red chilly powder | 1 Tablespoon
- Black pepper powder | 1 Tsp
- Salt | to taste
- Coconut oil | 2 tablespoon
How to Cook!
- Heat oil in a cooking dish
- Make garlic and ginger into paste and add in to it
- Now add the onions,curry leaves in to it
- Add turmeric,red chilly,coriander and black pepper powder in to it.
- After sauting well for 1 minute,add the cleaned crab in to it.
- Mix it well and allow it to cook for 10 minutes on low flame(close your dish with a lid),check the salt to taste.
- Finally stir well and dry it .
- Enjoy it with chappathis.
