Crab meat is very tasty.I love it.My mother prepare best crab roast.Here sharing with you my mom’s superb hit crab roast recipe.

Ingredients


  1. Crab | 1 kg(cleaned)
  2. Onion | 1(big)
  3. Ginger | 1 Tsp
  4. Garlic | 1 Tsp
  5. Curry leaves | 1 Tsp
  6. Turmeric powder | 1/2 Tsp
  7. Coriander powder | 1/2 Tsp
  8. Red chilly powder | 1 Tablespoon
  9. Black pepper powder | 1 Tsp
  10. Salt | to taste
  11. Coconut oil | 2 tablespoon

How to Cook!


  • Heat oil in a cooking dish
  • Make garlic and ginger into paste and add in to it
  •  Now add the onions,curry leaves in to it
  • Add turmeric,red chilly,coriander and black pepper powder in to it.
  • After sauting well for 1 minute,add  the cleaned crab in to it.
  • Mix it well and allow it to cook for 10 minutes on low flame(close your dish with a lid),check the salt to taste.
  • Finally stir well and dry it .
  • Enjoy it with chappathis.

 


U can also have it with rice,appam,naan and bread also.Its really tasty .Try it and eat well foodies.
