Cookies and cream pudding

Hello everyone. Today I am here with a very simple yet delicious dessert recipe, a cookies and cream pudding. It contains only 3 ingredients, it is as simple as that but the out coming result is just amazing. No one would be able to believe that it was made so easily.

Cookies and cream pudding

  • Dream whip sachet- 1(or any other whipping powder or whipping cream)
  • Hide and seek biscuits- 1 pack
  • Condensed milk- 4 tbsp or to taste
  • Milk- 1 tbsp(optional)

How to Cook!

Step – 1

  1. First you need to crumble the biscuits. Don’t crumble it too much. You need a coarse texture. You can either put the biscuits in a plastic bag and bang it with a rolling pin or use a food processor. Keep it aside.
  2. Now you need to whip your cream as per the instructions on the whipping powder package.
  3. Once the cream has formed soft peaks you can add in the condensed milk slowly while beating the mixture continuously. Add in more or less condensed milk according to your taste.

Step – 2

  1. If you want the biscuits to be a little moist feel free to add a tablespoon of milk to the crumbs and mix well.
  2. In a serving glass first put the biscuit crumbs then top it with the cream mixture. Repeat if you want.
  3. Alternatively you can arrange it in a pudding tray.
  4. Decorate with chocolate sauce, cherries or chocolate shavings.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Your cookies and cream pudding is ready to be served.
