Ingredients

Cooked chickpeas-2 cups
Coconut oil-2 tbsp
Onion-1 nos.
Tomato-1 nos.
Salt– to taste
Pepper-1 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Chilly powder-2 tsp
Garlic paste-1 tsp
Thick coconut milk– 1 to 2 cup
Lime juice-2 tsp

How to Cook!

Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions, saute well. When it turns transparent, add the tomatoes. Cook till the oil gets separated.
Step 2
Now, add the garam masala, pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, garlic paste and salt. Saute well till the raw smell is gone. Then add the cooked chickpeas, mix well. Close with lid and cook it for 10 minutes in a low flame.
Step 3
Finally, add the coconut milk. When it starts boiling, switch off the flame. Add lime juice and serve hot.
