Chocolate cake is my favourite .Here giving a different face to it.I made this for my elder sister’s birthday and everyone loved it.This is not an  easy recipe but  the taste worth  all the hardwork .This is a perfect gift for your loved ones.So lets bake this together with lots of love .

Ingredients


First layer


For chocolate cake

  • All purpose flour | 3/4 cup 
  • Cocoa powder | 3 tablespoon
  • Sugar |1/4 cup
  • Condensed milk | 1/4 cup 
  • Sunflower oil | 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder | 1 tablespoon
  • Baking soda | 1 teaspoon
  • Milk | 1/2 cup 
  • Vanilla essence | 1 teaspoon

For chocolate sauce 

  • Milk / 5 tablespoon
  • Nutella / 2 tablespoon

Second layer


  • Whipping powder / 1 sachet
  • Milk / 1/2 cup 
  • Roasted dry fruits / 1 cup
  • Gelatin / 2 teaspoon
  • water / 1 tablespoon

Third layer
 

  • Sugar / 1/2 cup 
  • Fresh cream / 1/4 cup 
  • Milkmaid / 1/4 cup 
  • Gelatin / 1 teaspoon
  • Warm water / 1/2 tablespoon
  • Butter / 1 tablespoon

For garnishing

  • Oreo biscuit / 5
  • Digestive biscuit / 5
  • Nutella / 1 tablespoon

How to Cook!



Step – 1

  • Take a bowl and add oil and milkmaid and mix it well
  • Then add sugar and mix it really well 
  • Sieve maida,cocoa powder and baking powder and add to the wet ingredients .
  • Then we need to add milk and vanilla essence 
  • Mix all the ingredients and make a thick better 
  • Greece a baking dish and pour the mixture in to it 
  • You can either bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180c for 20 minutes or you can bake in it a cooking dish in a stove for 25-30 minutes 
  • When the cake is ready let it cool for a while

Step – 2

  • Make a sauce with nutella and milk 
  • Poke the cake and pour the sauce into it 
  • Refrigerate the cake for 30 minute

Step – 3

  • Beat the whipping powder using chilled milk in to soft peaks 
  • Soak the gelatin in to warm water and melt well 
  • Add the gelatin in to the whipping cream and mix well
  • Add roasted dry fruits and mix well 
  • Pour the whipping mixture in to the cake mold 
  • Refrigerate this for 1 hour

Step – 4

  • Take a sauce pan and add sugar in to it 
  • Let the sugar caramelize to golden brown color 
  • Soak the gelatin in warm water and pour in to it 
  • Then add fresh cream and milkmaid in to it 
  • Mix well and condense the mixture in to a sauce 
  • Add butter and mix 
  • Cool the sauce by continuously stirring it 
  • After cooling add the sauce in to the cake mold on top of whipping cream 
  • Refrigerate it for 30 minutes

STEP – 5

  • Garnish the cake with crushed biscuits and nutella 
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hours before serving
