Ingredients
For Chicken
- Chicken-1 kg
- Chilly powder-2 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder-1 tsp
- Corn flour-3 tbsp
- 6Soya sauce-1 tbsp
- Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp
- Egg-1
- Salt to taste
For Gravy
- 1.Crushed garlic-1 tbsp
- 2.Crushed ginger-1 tbsp
- 3.Onion-3
- 4.Capsicum-1
- 5.Green chillies-2
- 6.Chilly powder-1 tbsp
- 7.Pepper powder-2 tbsp
- 8.Soya sauce-1 tbsp
- 9.Salt to taste
- 10.Red chilly sauce-1 tbsp
- 11.Green chilly sauce-1 tbsp
- 12.Tomato sauce-2 tbsp
- 13.Sugar- 1/4 tsp
How to Cook!
- -Marinate the chicken with all ingredients and refrigerate it for 3-4 hrs.
- -Then deep fry it in oil.And keep it aside
- -Take a cooking dish and add oil in to it(3-4 tbsp)
- -Add garlic and ginger and saute well
- -Then add onion ,capsicum,green chillies and saute well
- -Add chilly powder,pepper powder and salt and give a good mix
- -Then add all sauces and mix well.
- -Add fried chickens in to it and give a superb mix
- -Add sugar in to it and mix well
- -Close the dish with a lid and cook it for 5 minutes
