Ingredients 

  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Butter – 50gm
  • Water – 1/4cup
  • Dry fruits ( dates, raisins, fig, apricots etc) chopped- 1 cup
  • Eggs – 3 (large)
  • Sugar as per taste
  • Milk– 1/4cup
  • Bread – 4 slices chopped
  • Nuts chopped – 1/4cup

How to Make!

Step 1
In a pan add 1/2cup sugar & caramelize it
As it turns brown, add butter, water & chopped dry fruits (dates, raisins, figs, apricots etc)
Cook well and keep aside to cool down

Step 2
Preheat the oven at 180*C.

Step 3
Whisk the eggs with a little sugar.
Add milk & chopped bread.
Let it soak for a while.

Step 4
Then add the dry fruits mix & combine well.
Transfer the batter to a prepared pan.
Top with chopped nuts & bake in the preheated oven , until cooked.



Serve hot or cold with a scoop of icecream & favorite sauce
