Ingredients

  1. Beef liver-1/2 kg
  2. Garlic-1 tablespoon
  3. Thai chillies-1 tablespoon
  4. Shallots-1/4 kg
  5. Black pepper powder-1 tablespoon
  6. Lemon juice-1 tablespoon
  7. Red chilly powder-1 tablespoon
  8. Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
  9. Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
  10. Garam masala-1 teaspoon
  11. Oil-3 tablespoon
  12. Curry leaves | a handful
  13. Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Take a  Pressure cooker and add the liver,turmeric powder ,red chilly powder ,black pepper powder,coriander powder and salt.Give a good mix and cook  in full flame until two whistles come.
  2. Heat oil in a cooking pan .Then add chopped garlic,shallot and thai chillies. Cook until it becomes brown.
  3. Then add cooked liver  saute well and fry it completely.
  4. Now add garam masala and curry leaves.Give a good mix and turn off the flame.
  5. Finally,add lemon juice in to it..Serve hot..

Tasty treat to your dinner is ready.it tastes too good with ghee rice and chappathis.
